The name of the therapist? What’s the use, he’s no longer connected with Verde now.
The name of the receptionist? I didn’t bother to ask. but she was the one on duty around 9 to 11 pm, 27 November.

Familiarity breeds contempt. Alam ko na peborit mo si Rosita, matagal na sya sa yo, pero during the past 4-5 months, medyo tuliro yan sya sa reception. Regulars kami ng Spa mo, as a matter of fact dami naming friends na balikbayan dyan namin dinadala sa Pasay kasi nga medyo tago-saka magagaling dati mga therapists mo. Di lang kami mareklamo pero palagi na lang yan na when we make appts with her, sasabihin nya on the phone and on , tapos pag dating don, mind you galing pa kami sa QC. WALA NAMAN PALA ! MARAMING BESES NA PADATING KUMAIN LANG, DI NAMAN SINABI NA SA BAHAY PALA NILA NAKAIN ANG MGA HITAD! Kesa sa masayang ang byahe, e di go na lang. Kaya lang kasi nga nabuksan na topic, sayang naman ang spa kung daming aalis at isasara.. Still hoping nga makakakauha ka ng mga staff-baka you need fresh blood? Suggestion baga.
I wish I can say na di na nangyari sa akin eto lately pero unfortunately, same scenario every time. After 11 pm usually ako sa spa dahil ang shift ko sa hospital e hanggang 10 pm. Text ng text ang receptionist ni hindi makausap ng marino. Maraming beses na may appt tapes may I wait sa taas, paghihintayin ka ng matagal Para ke pa me appt? I don’t know her name pero di naman dati nangyayari ito, [er during the past 6 months, medyo masyadong maraming beses. Regular kami ng friend ko sa Verde, we even go to Las Pinas before pero kasi lang nagsara. Sayang naman kung pati ito magsara. Improve improve lang ng staff kung may time.
I agree. Etong past 6 mos yung receptionist ng pang hatingabi palaging tuliro! Nakasibangot palagi me kaaway sa phone always very unprofessional!

Sinong therapist marrecommend nyo dito na mabait and game sa lahat? I want to try this spa.
For those who say that Nash is the best , thank you but note that NASH was been out of Verde as early as November 2, 2013 .
Terrence is one the best therapist but fortunately he is now working in Saudi in a office .
Jethro resigned way back April 2013 and managing his little business in Pampangga.

I was very alarmed on the commend regarding reservation of therapist. As a fact if there is a reservation , for sure it will be given proper attention. Can you please states who was the receptionist , time and name of therapist.? Thank you and anticipating for your message back or you can call me at the spa to clarify your complain.

Be thankful mahaba thread ng spa mo kaya marami nagbabasa at nagiging curious. Ako rin nagkakaproblema sa appts pero pinapalampas ko lang. After midnight na kami usually napunta kasi nga yung mga friends ko kaaarte, anonymous kuno. Pero lately si Rose medyo tuliro pag dating sa reception, baka may problema. Maraming beses na di nasusunod ang reservations e malinaw naman na may kanya kanyang therapists ang mga friend ko, sasabihin andon, pag dating namin, wala pala. Ilang beses ng nagyari ito di lang kami nagrereklamo. Yun lang! FYI baga
Seriously Vic, tagal ng nangyayari ito, ano ka ba, akala ko ba ikaw ang manager. Usually sa gabi after mga 10pm daming problema, yun yung nakasalamin na receptionist. Totoo yong text ng text-me kaaway yata palagi. Kaya kami ng mga kaibigan ko sa Spada na lang pumupunta minsan. Sabihan ka ba namang andon yung therapist tapos wala naman pala. Di naman dating ganyan, kaya lang lately tuliro ang nakasalamin na receptionist mo-bago bago lang kami sa Verde this year since May this year lang naman pero pano kami mag reregular kung di reliable ang mga tumatao.

During the past months, di mo makausap ng maayos, totoo yung text ng text-parang me kaaway yata. Yun yung may salamin na matanda na babae. Matagal ko ng nakikita sa Verde yon pero palagi pag andon kami mas ok pa na kausapin na lang ang therapists na nasa labas alam pa nila sched ng gusto naming mag masahe. Matagal tagal na ring kami na napunta sa Verde, pero nitong mga nakaraang buwan medyo nakakasuya ang receptionist mo! Nagreklamo na ako at yung mga friends ko sa yo, ano ginagawa mo? Kalimitang pag matataray ang kasama ko napunta na lang kami sa Spada-para di lang maimbyerna at makapg release ng tension. Kaya ka nga nag pa pa spa pang release ng tensyon! Diba ba blu?
who would you recommend for a nice massage in verde?
Sa mga naghahanap ke Jethro, nagresign na siya umuwi na sa province. Therapist ko din siya noon and for 2 yrs siya ang therapist ko. Kung katulad nya ang gus2 nyo, try niyo si july. Malake ren ang katawan saka dakota ren, mejo maarte lang sa ES hindi katulad ni jeth na game at cowboy ang personality.
Sabi ng friend ko dahil daw sa syota nya kaya umalis si Jetro. Nabuntis. So me asawa na. Mga 3 years ko ring therapist si Jetro, mabait walang arte at malinis sa katawan at marunong sa clients. Si July medyo di type ng friend ko na hire sya lately-so di sila pareho lalo sa masahe.

Indeed, si terrence na nga yung pinaka-ok dito. Sad to say, he is no longer connected with verde. So i will ask you guys kung sino mare-recommend nyo na magaling mag-masahe and mag-es. Yung nagpapahalik. Kasi si terrence noon, magaling humalik. I will surely miss him.
MOST UNPROFESSIONAL. MOST DISAPPOINTING.
This is already my third visit to this spa in two weeks’ time, so you can say im not just a one time customer or one who’s just trying out the place.
There was an instance when i visited this spa, asked for my regular therapist, but then the receptionist said na hindi available, so it was okay, umalis na lang ako kasi wala naman ako reservation.
But tonight was different. I made an extra effort to call and reserve my regular therapist, to make sure na available sya sa time na convenient for me. I was there at the time reserved. Sabi nung receptionist kumain lang daw saglit si therapist. So I decided to shower first.
But then, ten, twenty, thirty, forty minutes passed, wala pa rin si therapist na pinareserve ko. Ilang beses ako pumunta kay receptionist to ask, laging sinasabi lang kumakain pa raw. Parating na raw. What the!!!!??? Antagal naman kumain. All the time, the receptionist showed no sign of panic nor alarm, parang kalmadong kalmado lang sya na parang balewala lang na pinaghihintay yung customer.
The thing is, kaya nga may reservation eh! Para siguradong available yung therapist, and hindi na maghihintay. I was patient enough, pero sobra na yung hintay na ginawa ko! Worse, kundi ko pa binaba, or kundi ko pa sinisita yung receptionist, baka tatlong oras na akong nagantay dun, walang pumansin sa akin.
So as not to make a scene, i simply asked for a refund. But i strongly feel that it was not enough!
Just think about the time I wasted, and the stress of waiting for nothing. Di bale sana kundi ako reserved, eh nagpareserve na nga ako! Wala palang kwenta ang reservation, sa hangin lang nakasulat!!! Was it the receptionist’s fault? The therapist’s fault? I am not sure. But as a regular customer with a confirmed reservation, I expect more. The refund is definitely insufficient to compensate the hassle tonight! Again, I expect more!
Verde, this is NOT the way you treat your REGULAR customers!

Reading all the comments about terrence here made me proud of him. Just met him in verde 2 months ago and he’s my regular therapist now and all the compliments here about here are true.
@dexter you should try terrence. Excellent therapist in verde who finish first the massage before he offers ES. I think i can’t find another therapist as very good as terrence. His massage and his ES very satisfying and dika lugi if you’re for a handsome and very good therapist.

Meron bang therapist dito na tinatapos yung isang oras whether maga-avail la ng ES or not? Parang lahat ng na-try ko, mga 40mins pa lang, tapos na ang masahe. It makes me think kung babalik pa ako dito kasi umaasa pa ako ng matinong magmamasahe at tatapusin ang isang buong oras. Thanks!
I concur with the rest about Terrence. He’s new in Verde and his massage is commendable and satisfying. He does it very well and without malice nor seduction. I’ve been having Warren as my masseur for a long time yet when I had the opportunity to try Terrence one time., he got me really well. Kudos to him Vic! You should ask him to train your other masseurs who don’t deliver good services to us- your clients.
@ Jake, hindi kasama ang ES sa services offered ng spa. that’s just between you and the therapist, so wala talaga pegged na number of minutes for ES. depende yun kung gaano ka katagal… alam mo na un.

Already tried several therapists here and ang binabalik-balikan ko talaga dito is Warren and Ivan. Both are friendly and accommodating. Warren is very good in hard massage while Ivan is as equally good, though with soft to moderate strokes. I’ve had my share of hits and misses at this spa but what I really admire about this establishment is the management’s receptiveness on client’s comments and suggestions. Kudos to Sir Vic for taking heed of their clients’ suggestions and taking immediate action on negative comments to some of their therapists. This spa is very recommendable.
@adrian natawa naman ako sa puro ungol nlang ang ginawa mo sa extra. Nakarelate tuloy aq nung ginawan niya aq magaling talga siya sa lhat at gwpo pa. Jetro & chino therapst q sa verde dti. Siya nalng palgi ko kinukuha ko magaling kc tlga tsaka mabait pa.
Oo nga, yung si Jetro. Very good yon. Favorite ko yon. Nakita ko pa siya May this year. Asan na sya?
Galing ako verde last time..honestly ..halos na try ko na lahat ng therapist sa verde spa..ngaun lang ako na SATISFIED sa binigay na therapist..magaling cya magmassage, masarap ang hagud, may galang at hnd BASTOS.. talagang tinapus ang massage bagu ang ES ..gwapo pa cya na maganda ang katawan malaki pa ang mga muscle..cguro mga 5’7 ang height. his name is SERGIO. thanks sergio promise babalik balikan kita jan sa spa..
Thanks to this blog. I found my regular therapist through therence. He’s undeniably very good regardless of the massage and ES. Super duper relaxing ang massage and puro ungol ginawa ko pagdating ng Extrahan. Thank you for the recommendations guys!

I think si terence yung gumawa sa akin last time i’ve been here..I’m a classic member of this spa. Nakalimutan ko lang iask yung name niya. Magaling siya infairness siya yung pinakamagaling na nakamassage sa akin dito. Matangkad, na slim, chinito at tagabaguio yata i think galing ng asia spa. Tatanungin ko nalang kay rose yung receptionist pagbalik para siya ulit magmassage sa akin

Nirequest k c terence and masasabi ko totoo ang mga recommendation dito. 1st of ol, nung makita ko cia ang gwapo niya nd d cia bagay maging therapist para sa itchura niya mukha siyang chinese na may pagkakorean.Pero nung natry ko ang massage nia ang galing ng mga sequence and super bait niya promise! May mga natry na din ako dito pero di ko naguatuhan tinry ko lang ulit kasi maganda ang mga review kay terence kaya tinry ko ulit. Babalik balikan ko talaga cia!
Agree ako kay mark & john. I would say he’s the best now in verde. Madami na din ako natry dito sa verde si paul, michael, joross, warren, chino and etc. pero when i tried him. I think he would be my regular therapist.
I recommended therence to my friends! And thanks to him hindi ako napahiya! They’re all satisfied with his service! I don’t want to recommend him baka kasi mangarag pero help ko sa kanya kasi mabait and he deserve it!
