I was planning to drop by MAW a few minutes ago to try it out for myself. I sent an SMS to the number provided in the website to inquire if they are open and to ask if a particular therapist was available.
I got a curt reply that the one I was asking for is not available and I responded by asking who else are available. Sadly, no reply was received after that.
If simple things like basic professional courtesy can not be extended to inquiring clients, I wondered how they would fare in other areas of service and how good a training their employees are getting.
The tell tale signs were not good, hence I decided not to go anymore.

try nyo po d2 sa MAW spa ang ganda at napaka linis masyado lng judge mental ang iba d2 kahit na ndi pa nka2punta maka pag comment wagas akala 22o.. ingat kau sa pag bitiw ng mga salita nyo nka2sira yan ng image ng MAW.. sa mga hindi pa nka2punta try to visit the place i assure you na maganda po talaga ang spa at napaka linis…
been here last monday and so far so good nman ang massage no ES happen at magaling ang nag massage skin ( i forgot his name ) ..

had my massage done here last saturday, massage is so so and yung therapist ang kapal ng mukhang mag-offer ng ES at maningil ng pagkamahal mahal, di ka nya titigilan sa offer at may paglalambing pa kuno at nung sinabi ko na wala akong cash, pwede nmn daw mag withdraw sa ATM.. di ako kumagat sa offer na 2k, lam ko na yang style nyo.. one day ma-TV din yang spa nyo.. abang na lang
The name of the spa is somewhat misleading. Parang construction work ang dating. But once you step inside, especially sa 2nd floor, you feel like you are in a mini zoo or night safari. Plants, menagerie of reptiles, aquarium, real and lighted birds, mini koi pond,windchime, etc. Minsan dinalaw pa ako ng pet kitty yata nung may ari 🙂 If you are into nature, pets or animals, i recommend this spa. Pumili lang ng maayos na therapist.

im a restaurant owner nearby and its a routine na magpamasahe ako dito sa men at work bec of the place and the massage service, i try nyo rin para to feel and see is to believe ! this is the cleanest decent spa na napuntahan ko so far. I rate my masseuse 7/10 and 9/10 sa place.
Try the new guy named Totoy, he is really good.

ang sarap ng pakiramdam matapos ang masarap na masahe pero ang mas masarap ay malaman mo na sulit ang pera mong ginastos.This is the best spa na napuntahan ko. itry mo rin ,i recommend totoy hes tall and very good in massage.I rate 9/10 sa place at 10 for my masseur

I went today to MAW. I had Jovan as my masseur and I would say that somehow he knows what he’s doing. He can give a descent and proper massage but not that spectacular ES. The only thing that I don’t like about MAW spa are their massage mattress, their massage bed as well as the temperature. I thought mukha lng madumi ang mattress bcoz of the dim light, but when I lighted it with my phone, I was able to verify na indeed, madumi nga! I did not bother to ask the masseur to have it changed. Yung massage bed was only laid sa floor and the space is very small for me and the masseur. Ang init din inside, im not sure if they have AC. My rating for Jovan 7/10 for the amenities/spa itself 3/10. Im not going back there!

i had a worst nightmare experienced here from a therapist named richmond. sandali yung masahe ko.tpos es na ng es ang kulet.sayang yung spa kung puro es na lang yung gusto ng therapist.may gusto masahe lang.potek n therapist yan.wala n nga kwenta yung masahe, papaliguan ka pa ng pawis nya.badtrip..grrrrr.

My first time to visit this spa and through the help of this website(manila touch) i already found the perfect masseur for me… a very good, well endowed and a very pinoy goodlooking therapist named Melvin, and thanks to the manager for the recommendation…Good Service + Perfect Massage + Clean Spa = Total Relaxation, will surely back next month on my next Manila visit… Thanks MAW

I went again here last night and was so frustrated. I got Dash or Nash i think. I availed the MAW massage and sobrang nasayangan lang ako sa pera. Wala pang 1 hour tapos na massage ko as if he is saving time for ES. Sobrang persistent si kuya sa ES and he sounds so desperate to have it. I said no and told him na wala akong dalang extrang pera and di rin ako nagdadala ng ATM. And pago lang talaga ako that night. In short mga 15 minutes nya akong chinika para magpa ES or at least give him 500 na tip…. over talaga. Siguro kung inayos nya yung massage nya sakin… baka pa. I hope ma address tong issue na to kasi sayang ang spa. The masseurs are more focused on the ES part and not the massage any more. I used to be a regular client of this spa back when it was named Frank Stone then Cresel Eden and as a matter of fact the previous owner recognizes me kasi nga regular ako. Now that I came back Im having second thoughts of coming back. Grabe I felt robbed.
i tried Dash a lot of times already hes one of my favorite here,He finishes every massage sessions and never offer es (im the one that offer him es ) hes polite,attentive and very friendly .Try to believe at wag maniwala sa sabi-sabi

nagpa massage ako dyan magaling ng massage sulit nag enjoy ako. pero baket ganun amoy ng spa ninyo amoy clorox. sana wag gumamit ng zonrox sa paglilinis kasi pag may customer na nagpa massage masangsang ang amoy. gumamit na lang ng glade or lysol mabango pa, tnx. babalik ako 🙂
I tried MAW massage earlier because of what I read on this thread. Positive naman mostly yung reviews. Kaso minalas ata ako, hindi okay yung therapist na nassign sa akin. Muntikan na akong ma-under time, good thing I was able to check my watch before we started dahil kung hindi lugi ako. Parang minadali yung massage. Wala pang 1hour, inaalok na niya sa akin yung hot towel (not the back towel). hot towel ung inooffer pag tapos na yung massage, right? So tinanong ko bakit ang bilis ata nung massage niya, 50 minutes lang, akala ko 1.5H? After few minutes ng pagpoprotesta ko sa kanya, tinuloy naman niya yung massage, kaso parang tinatamad na massage na. I was able to get his name pero I’m not going to post it here. I called the number posted here and was able to talk to the receptionist pati yung massuer kinausap ko din. Nag apologize naman siya and he said masama lang daw talaga yung pakiramdam niya (which I think is totoo naman talaga dahil he was sneezing sa panyo niya nung minamassage niya ako— and hindi man lang siya nag hugas ng kamay or mag alcohol man lang after). So hindi na ako nag file ng formal complaint against kay masseur. I dont want him fired or suspended because I completely understand his situation. Ang sa akin lang kung may sakit or hindi maganda ang pakiramdam ng masseur, sana wag na lang papasukin kasi unfair din para sa aming mga customers na hindi makuha yung value ng binayad namin. What if mahawa kami ng ubo/sipon? Baka kasi ayaw umabsent nung masseur kasi malaki penalty pag umabsent? kawawa naman siya. Pero bottomline, hindi ako satisfied sa binayad ko kanina. I’m still thinking kung babalik pa ba ako dito, kahit papapano gusto ko pa din ma-try yung totoong MAW massage…

thanks for asking. yes Jake is back and your fav spa has more to offer than massage ‘ experience night ambiance with real calming sounds of dripping water,nocturnal birds, singing cicadas,crickets and many more.

The package of massage, because of that i choose the maw massage 500php for 1,5 hours, but here is the problem the – is for the masseur, actually the massage is ok , i just want to complain about the time, the massage done before 1,5 hour maybe 1 hour only,
Hope the management of maw will more improve for the minus one
If ask will i go to there again, the answer is yes if i have a time
