going here today

Went there last Feb 28 morning. Facilities are good (except for massage pool not working), wet area is the best, hot pools look clean to me, steam bath is also available aside from dry sauna. I would say few people in the morning so you get to use the facilities freely or more often. Might go back this coming Friday night!

i’ll never go back to this spa again. kadiri! i tried it once. last week of jan 2015. i avaied of their 12 hours dahil gusto ko sana makapag sauna at the same time makatulog n rin. pagpasok ko pa lang sa wet sauna nila ang panghi. so lumabas ako, pupunta sana ako sa cold pool nila mas lalong kadiri ung tubig ang labo. iniimagine ko p lng kong ilang tao n ang nagbabad doon at kinukuskus nila katawan at tumbong nila kaya ganong nalang kalabo. shit masusuka n ako. tapos lumipat ako sa hot pool ung wood ang bench. sabi ko mas ok dito medyo malinis. so ginawa ko minamassage ko binti ko kc ang sarap ng init ng tubig. napansin ko kapag gumagalaw ako tubig may mga lumulutang n mga dumi parang mga flakes. shit tangna napatayo ako. sabi ko matulog n lang ako. habang nagbibihis ako ung isang attendant nagpaparinig pero iwan ko kong kanino. ang sabi “ano ba meron sa wet sauna at lahat ng lumalabas eh nakatayo ang titi? ginagawa n namang motel ng mga bayot ang sauna” tang ina. sa dinami dami ng sauna n napuntahan ko sya ang pinakabastos! ang dami png sinasabi. pumasok n lng ako para matulog. nkatulog cguro ako ng 4 hours. lumabas ako para magshower sa may locker room may kausap ung visor yta ng mga attendant n guess. may nahuli yata. syempre ayaw aminin ng guest. ung visor gustong kunan ng picture ung guest syempre ayaw pumayag. sabi ng guest pwede bng kausapin ko n lng ang managet nyo para mag explain s nangyari. ayaw pumayag ng visor pilit n kinukunan ng pic ung guest. hindi daw ilalabas ung pic. balik n lng ako s loob pra matulog uli.

just talked with the receptionist, no phone etiquette, she, Karen, left me on hold for 28 mins.

Reading all those negative comments made me want to go there and give me them a taste of a bitter medicine that they obviously need.

ATTENTION: I went to Lasema 4AM of November 15. I was so tired then coz I came from Laguna. I usually shower and go to the wet area once I enter Lasema but since Im so tired with my Laguna trip, I just put on my Lasema Shirt and shorts then proceeded to the library/aquarium area where there are some massage chairs used for sleeping. Good thing I was able to find a vacant place to sleep even if there were a lot of people on that night or early morning for that matter. At about 8-9AM, I was awakened by a scream from a male foreigner. He was saying something but I can’t understand it. Then, another person replied “I was just waking you up.” I thought someone is trying to steal the foreigner’s cellphone but the foreigner replied in a loud voice “You are touching my dick!” The next thing I heard is that the foreigner grabbed the person outside the room and the person said “Please don’t touch me.” My eyes were closed the entire it happened coz I was still sleepy. Then I remembered that even before the incident happened, I felt that someone is touching my dick and I had a hard-on. Since I was too sleepy, I thought I just had a dream. If we link the 2 incidents, I think I was also touch by the same person who touched the foreigner. If someone here was in Lase a on the same day, please give your insights as well.

We went for a full package on a Friday night, full payment not part of some online deal. First of all, you pay upfront and they only accept cash (Red flag for tax evasion, calling KIM HENARES!!!). But later on we find out tax evasion is not the only reason for this set-up…
More red flags:
– Upon entering, there were way too many people. Instead of a relaxing sauna experience we felt like we were in a market.
– The floor is mushy, as though it is rarely cleaned. Careful, you might step on morsels of instant noodles.
– They are very stingy when it comes to towel change. No, they don’t care if you are dripping sweat everywhere.

BUT IT GETS WORST. By 10:35PM, we request for our bathroom robes so we can get ready to shower and change for our 11PM massage like responsible and prompt customers. 5, 10, 15 minutes past and still no robe for my bf, we were still in our sweaty sauna wear. They made us go back and forth between the lockers, massage desk, and reception, passing us on to different people and still no robe. It was to the point that they weren’t even minding us anymore. Worse, I talked to the massage desk and they would not extend our massage even if it was clearly their fault. By 11PM, we got so frustrated and pissed off that we just wanted to get a refund.

And here comes the other reason why they make you pay upfront. They may provide you awful service OR not even provide it at all, BUT THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. Management policy. In fact, sila pa ang galit and bastos (ANGIE I AM CALLING YOU OUT!). I tried to tell them I promise to give back my locker key when they refund me, but they made two guards corner us and the car. We were helpless prisoners. I tried to talk nicely to the guards that it was about principle, but I guess they have become robots and puppets of Lasema.

Places like this should not be patronized. They really need to learn to treat their customers with respect.
